Deputies: 2 shot after suspects open fire on building in Taylors

TAYLORS, SC (FOX Carolina) –

Deputies said two people were wounded in an shooting in Taylors Friday night.

They said the call came in just before 8:30 about an incident on the 100 block of Carver Road in Taylors.

Sgt. Ryan Flood of the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office told FOX that two males walked into a garage-type building at that location and opened fire.

Two people were shot during the gunfire, according to Flood, and both were transported to the hospital.

Our FOX Carolina crew in the field said law enforcement was also investigating at a nearby scene on Winding Way, looking at a vehicle.

Flood said a second victim was found at this location. There are no available suspect descriptions at this time.
