Lanes on I-85 in Anderson County after two crashes involving multiple tractor trailers near mile marker 9, according to emergency dispatchers.
The crashes happened around 5:45 a.m. in the median and along the northbound side of the incident.
Dispatchers said multiple ambulances and fire department personnel responded to the crash.
Troopers said both sides of the interstate were initially shut down but one lane on both sides began moving just before 7 a.m.
There is no word yet on when the remaining lanes will reopen.
Video from a viewer showed at least three tractor trailers involved in the incidents.
DETOUR ROUTE: Drivers can take Exit 4 to make a right on Old Dobbins Bridge Road, then make a left on Hattons Ford Road, Highway 24, and re-enter I-85 North at Exit 11.
