A soggy Sunday is ahead before some cooler air settles in for next week.
Rain becomes more widespread in the afternoon, becoming locally heavy in a few spots. No flooding or severe weather is expected. Temperatures will stay generally in the 50s.
The rain should wind down sometime tonight as the entire system shifts to the east.
A few snow showers could push into the mountains for Monday, while the Upstate would just see a few showers. Winds will pick up as an arctic blast moves in.
Cooler air will push in for next week, but nothing to out of the ordinary. Highs will drop back into the 40s by Tuesday. Be sure to catch the Blue Moon on Wednesday! We should have clear skies for it.
