GAFFNEY, S.C. (AP) – A home furnishings manufacturer in South Carolina is expanding and will add 60 new jobs.
Home Fashions International has announced it will spend more than $5 million to expand its operations in Gaffney.
The company makes comforter sets, decorative pillows, drapes and outdoor cushions. It has been operating in Cherokee County since 1994.
The South Carolina Commerce Department said the new facility will be known as Gaffney Manufacturing.
Home Fashions International owner David Li said the company considered other locations but decided that expanding in Cherokee County was the best approach.
